❏ Don’t do anything differently from what you’ve done other mornings before taking timed practice tests.

❏ Don’t suddenly start drinking coffee if you haven’t been (it's a diuretic, i.e. makes you pee).

❏ Don’t take Adderall or anything for the first time, etc.

❏ Before Test Day, eat a light simple dinner and go to bed early.

❏ Abstain from alcohol or any other drugs.
