There is so much pressure placed on us by society that makes us believe that our bodies should always be the same size. We should be able to keep them the same size throughout our lives and if we don’t …. we believe that we don’t have enough willpower, aren’t disciplined enough, aren’t devoted to our health, we don’t look put together or the worst one - we are less valuable.
