In this podcast hosted by A Course of Love facilitators Lynn Kidd and Laurel Elstrom, Elliott Robertson answers the following questions:

1) What does love mean to you?

2) I understand that the idea of "Coming Home to Who You Are" is one of your favorite subjects. Will you share a little more about this idea?

3) (a) You have recently published a book entitled, Say Yes to Life. Can you share a little about the book’s central messages? (b) In your book, which of the “Seven Keys” - to living full out from within - is really speaking to you right now?

4) What would you say is the biggest identity mistake human beings make?

5) (Question of the week) I feel like I can only succeed through self-discipline. When I stick to practices that keep me on track, I am most productive and healthiest. But sometimes it feels like there’s too much striving. How is love the answer to showing up in the world as my best, or most authentic self?

LOVE IS THE ANSWER is a podcast that explores the POWER OF LOVE in real life. We look for answers to the problems we face within our lives. What if the solution is right within us? What if LOVE is the answer? In each episode, we ask our guests questions related to ordinary life situations, and let them share their experiences with living from love.
