Stephanie Jones is a 48 year old single mom who has reversed or greatly improved many issues such as COPD, emphysema, acne, mental fog, high blood pressure, PTSD, obesity, manic depression, bipolar spectrum disorder, anxiety, insomnia, plantar fasciitis & diabetes via the carnivore diet and lifestyle changes. She encourages everyone to ask questions, get educated, and take ownership of his/her body even if it goes against mainstream opinions.

Stephanie currently works for the county on a road and bridge crew as a heavy equipment operator and plans to run her first half marathon by the age of 50.
