The Iowa Wild have Lofty Goals for 2021-22

On today's episode of Locked on Wild, Iowa Wild Play by Play voice Ben Gislason joins the show to preview their 2021-22 season! We start by looking at the expectations for Iowa heading into the year, which are extremely high with how well they have done over the last couple of seasons. We also look at their hot start, having won 3 of 4 to start the year. We discuss some of the unsung heroes of the season so far, and the players that have led yet another strong Iowa Wild roster this year.

We move to some names Minnesota Wild fans may be familiar with and how they are doing so far this year. We discuss Andrew Hammond, the wild hear he had last year and how he shook it off to start the year very well in net. We also talk about Adam Beckman, Marco Rossi and Calen Addison and how they are handling the start of the season in Iowa. We finish by discussing how the Iowa Wild have helped the Iowa Heartlanders through their first few months as a franchise.
