Day 3 Free Agency Recap | Evaluating the Carolina Panthers trade for Diontae Johnson and the latest free agency moves

The Carolina Panthers made a key trade on Tuesday evening by sending Donte Jackson and a sixth round pick to the Pittsburgh Steelers in exchange for Pro Bowl WR Diontae Johnson and a seventh round pick. Johnson now represents a receiving threat who should make an instant impact for Bryce Young and the Panthers offense. Julian Council looks at the pros and the cons to the Panthers trading for Johnson. 

The Panthers added another piece to their defense with the signing of former Buffalo Bills CB Dane Jackson. Jackson, a former seventh round pick, was a favorite of Panthers GM Dan Morgan during the pre-draft process and now reunites with the man who vouched for him in Buffalo. Julian evaluates what Jackson brings to Carolina.
