On Friday, new Carolina Panthers head coach parted ways with special teams coordinator Chris Tabor and offensive line coach James Campen. Both Tabor and Campen were retained by Frank Reich's staff at the behest of Panthers owner David Tepper. Julian Council discusses why their departures are a positive sign for Dave Canales as he hopes to rebuild the culture within the building.

The Panthers have also begun requesting interviews for its coordinator positions as Canales is targeting former Seattle coaches.

The Panthers front office restructure is nearly complete as Chiefs executive Brandt Tillis is expected to join in a senior role once the team's season concludes.
