IU football suffers injury setback on already struggling offensive line

The Indiana Hoosiers football team already had an offensive line that struggled in Week 1 despite their win over the Illinois Fighting Illini. A season-ending injury to Matthew Bedford, though, is a big setback to the already struggling group.

On today's episode of Locked on Hoosiers, Jacob Rude (@JacobRude) reacts to the injury news on Bedford and how it'll impact the offensive line moving forward. It was a mixed bag of results for the o-line in the opening game of the season as they excelled in pass protection and struggled with the run game.

The defense was much of a mixed bag as they looked back to the Tom Allen defenses of old. Four takeaways and a turnover on downs all proved pivotal in IU being in the game late to make their dramatic comeback.

The show wraps by looking at the updated depth chart heading into Week 2 of the season. The wide receiver position has some more clarity to it while a lot of true freshmen are going to see big roles early this season.
