SWAC media day is upon us and I have some questions like how much offense will Travis Hunter play for Jackson State, and who will be the QB for schools Alabama A&M, Grambling and more. The SIAC coaches project Albany State’s Dionte Bonneau and Lane College’s Andrew Farmer to be the best offensive and defensive players in the conference, and HBCUnited has made it to the round of 16 in The Basketball Tournament.
SWAC media day is upon us and I have some questions like how much offense will Travis Hunter play for Jackson State, and who will be the QB for schools Alabama A&M, Grambling and more. I also want to see how the coaches think the season standings will play out specifically in the west. Also who will be 2nd all SWAC QB behind Shedeur Sanders.
The SIAC coaches project Albany State’s Dionte Bonneau and Lane College’s Andrew Farmer to be the best offensive and defensive players in the conference. Bonneau’s ascension would be scary for the conference if it is paired with Albany State’s dominant defense of 2021. Meanwhile, Farmer should have a chip on his shoulder from last year’s All-SIAC snub. Albany State also leads the conference in All-SIAC players.
HBCUnited has made it to the round of 16 in The Basketball Tournament. This is a big improvement over last year’s performance, a first round exit. After winning the first game, they knocked off the top seed in the tournament.
