We do a case study to see if Howard is truly the best school in the MEAC. The conference has 12 sports and 16 championships. We look at how every school has fared in those sports in 2021-22. When you look at it, it all comes down to Norfolk State vs Howard. Who is truly the best?

North Carolina A&T women’s track & field team dominated the final day of the Big South Championships. The Lady Aggies came into the day facing a 50 point hurdle and cleared it with ease. On the final day, the team scored 168 points and won multiple medals in the high jump, discus, 100m hurdles, 100m, 400m, and 200m. They also won the 4x1 and 4x4. Their 168 points on the final day would have been good for 2nd place in the whole tournament.
