Art Briles Close to Joining Grambling, Fisk University Starts 1st HBCU Gymnastics Program

Art Briles is reportedly close to joining the Grambling coaching staff. He would presumably fill the vacant OC position since Grambling’s OC has now joined the Houston Texans. Briles comes with some controversy, and will push some away. What he does on the field should help Grambling though.

North Carolina A&T has won back to back games in the Big South, and it seems they are back on track. Kameron Langley has shown up big in these 2 games. His performances have led to him being named the Big South player of the week.

Fisk is forming the first HBCU gymnastics team. They also would be the only collegiate gymnastics in the state of Tennessee. Both of these facts make this groundbreaking. Also, they aren’t wasting time. The plan is to start competing this fall.
