BYU Basketball Faces UCF Knights With NCAA Tournament Seeding Implications

The BYU Cougars open play in the Big 12 Men's Basketball Tournament Wednesday morning in the T-Mobile center in Kansas City against the UCF Knights and while Jake Hatch agrees it's difficult to beat a team three times in a season, he says the BYU men's basketball program should be brimming with confidence as they seek a higher seed in the NCAA Tournament.

Jake then took time to examine the report(s) that BYU quarterback Nick Billoups has entered his name into the NCAA Transfer Portal as a graduate transfer and will leave the BYU football program in search of a new opportunity elsewhere and Jake says that it won't be the last departure or position change in Aaron Roderick's meeting room this spring.

Finally, the show wrapped up with notes on a walk-off win for the BYU softball program as they downed the UVU Wolverines while NFL free agency has touched former Brigham Young University (BYU) stars like Sione Takitaki, Fred Warner, Zach Wilson and Jaren Hall as they continue to represent BYU on the gridiron at the professional level.
