The Big Ten football season isn't even over for most of the conference, but the best teams in the conference are already out recruiting the transfer portal. With plenty of great talent available and already decided on a future school, Nate Dickinson looks at who has gotten better and worse already on today's episode of Locked On Big 10. Schools like Michigan and Michigan State already added key players to the future rosters, while other schools such as Penn State and Purdue still need to fill some holes after losing their coach and a few players already.

In other Big Ten news, Maryland basketball coach Kevin Willard voiced his displeasure with the Big Ten basketball scheduling recently. He cites a number of disadvantages the Terrapins face in the conference scheduling, and even suggests the conference schedules its games based on how good they think each team will be -- scheduling the best teams for the ideal dates and time slots. Is there any real merit to the claims from Willard? Nate looks at the accusations as part of today's episode on the Locked On Podcast Network.
