We love jersey's over here at Locked on Avalanche. And we obviosuly love Colorado Avalanche jerseys. The Avs knocked it out of the park with their Nordiques retro and many were hoping they would do the same this time around. The results are polarizing.

While not a bad jersey, the wow factor from the Nordiques sweater was not there. The Colorado "C" is prominent. As is the color scheme, which is not Avalanche burgundy and blue, seems to have upset some fans. What does stand out is the number font which is a nod to the original Avalanche jerseys from the move to Denver.

Overall we think it is a good jersey. Not the best of the bunch like the Nords, but a solid Retro.

The Avalanche will also play back-to-back this weekend against Seattle and Vegas. We'll discuss it!
