We have talked on several occasions over the course of the season on how Nazem Kadri has been on his best behavior throughout the season. Sure he has his fair share of penalty minutes, but the vast majority of those minutes are due to the hard style of hockey he plays. You aren't seeing the overly aggressive, looking for a fight Kardi. And just look at what it has done for him this season. Amassing a career high in points.

Kadri wrote a letter in the Players Tribune yesterday and it covered a lot of bases. His time in Toronto, not wanting to be traded but when he eventually was his appreciation in how quickly the community of Denver was towards him and his family. He also talks about this team specifically and how special they are. You read him gushing about all of this and you have to wonder if he will sign anywhere other than Colorado when he is an unrestricted free agent after the season is over.

Plus, Kadri was the Colorado Avalanche nominee for the King Clancy Award, which is presented "to the player who best exemplifies leadership qualities on and off the ice and has made a noteworthy humanitarian contribution in his community.". We know what Kadri has done off the ice for his community, but it's that ON the ice part that is quite the turnaround.

Chris and Kyle also watch a new Pepsi commercial that features Cale Makar and Gabriel Landeskog in hilarious fashion. It' gives funny commercials hope again.
