Welcome to Season 10 of Lobow’s Spark…ADHD and RESILIENCE.  Today’s friend is Brittany and she does NOT have ADHD but stay with me here…Sometimes when it comes down to ADHD and being resilient, we need a Neurotypical partner who is resilient enough to put in the time to understand us. It is even more important that they put in the time to try and understand the way our brain works. In this episode, I speak with a loving wife to an ADHD husband. Brittany gives us a glimpse into what some of those without ADHD experience when being around those of us that have it. When we with ADHD know how resilient we are, there might be a loved one who is resilient as well...Brittany has made the choice to try and understand her ADHD husband. She is trying to adjust, trying to battle frustration because she loves her husband with everything she has.
