Let's get honest and think about the things in ourselves that we don't like and how we can give ourselves the grace and understanding we (and those around us) deserve. This group episode centers around how to embrace the annoying ADHD traits within us.  A difficult discussion to say the least but an important one. Lets explore the simple power of self-reflection and see how it can lead to better understanding, acceptance and compassion.
