I hope you had a positive week. 

Last week I talked about the five things you should do, when you first return from your holiday – to avoid facing a major 'downer' about how your life looks after the holiday. 

But, what if that major downer you feel when you return from your holiday, is a little bit more than feeling sad or frustrated about having to go back to work, or not being able to change your life? 

What if those down feelings just stay and never go away?        

This week marks the first in our three part series on moving beyond low mood and depression towards living your best life.

In this week's episode I’m going to explore the differences between low mood and depression and what we can do to move beyond both, in our personal lives.

Next week’s session will look at depression in our working lives and in our final third session, we’ll look at moving beyond depression towards creating our business lives. 

The aim is to get you covered in all aspects of your personal development, so you have as much inspiration as possible to help you move forward in your life choices, so you can take steps to start living your best life.
