Leading with integrity is rooted in a lifestyle and starts from the inside out. We love when we get to share stories of leaders who are living wholehearted and trying to match their inner world to their outer expressions. Artists, particularly musicians, have a unique battle. Olivia Pothoff has been singing since she was three years old and longed to be a musician who sang for Jesus. However, she wrestled with not wanting to be seen as self-promoting, prideful or a show off, a common struggle for many talented and humble musicians. She has discovered how to be free to be who God has designed her to be, staying rooted in her identity and mentoring others to do the same. Olivia is not only a powerful singer, songwriter, and teacher of God’s Word, she is currently the worship pastor at @journeysherwood outside Portland, OR. She is happily married to her husband, Mark and has three courageous girls. In Part 2, Olivia shares pearls of wisdom for any leader, but particularly for those who are passionate about music. You will be blown away by this episode and if you hang in there until the very end, Olivia will even sing for you!

This is a good one!
