Cari is an Entrepreneur, Exercise Physiologist & Holistic Movement Mentor with 26 + years of experience both professionally and personally. I love to move and struggled with pain at an early age which motivated me to find solutions. This led me on my journey and brought me to where I am today. I am grateful to be able to share what I’ve learned with others.

We discussed the challenges of exercising with joint pain and the need to adapt their approach to movement, emphasizing the importance of a holistic and personalized approach to exercise, considering orthopedic limitations, and focusing on pain management and injury prevention.

Cari shared the various ways to manage fascia and maintain joint health as we age, and we explored options such as water walking, deep water running, aqua fitness classes, and using devices like a recumbent bicycle or a new step. Cari also shared her passion for the Complete Well Body Method, a program designed to help women over 40 develop pain-free movement habits and improve overall health and wellness.

Of course, we discussed the importance of regular exercise, including walking, strength work, and therapeutic exercises for spine health.
