Yes! This formula is true! When we move forward and take action steps we boost our dopamine receptors-the feel good hormone. When we feel good we get motivated.

Sitting around and worrying or just thinking about what you need to do to create the life you want to live will not make it happen.
Taking one step forward at a time will slowly get you to where you want to be.

After all you did not get to where you are today by just sitting around and thinking about it. All the actions you have taken till now has gotten you to where you are today. Whether it is a good result or bad it took some action to get the result.
