Being consistent with a tiny change each day will only move your forward to see a change in your life instead of being stuck in the same space.


The last few weeks I have been trying to incorporate an earlier bedtime. Rather than saying to myself that I need to be in bed, lights out and eyes shut by a certain time, I have created a routine to get in bed just 30 minutes earlier than my normal 1130 to midnight time. By creating that one small change I found myself finally getting to my goal bedtime of 930PM! Just 30 minute increments each week got me there and whoa I feel amazing in the morning!
