In this episode Jake talks about the biopsychosocial model/perspective. A psychology term to help understand the person as a whole.

Jake discusses how he approaches the biopsychosocial with asking the questions. Self inquiry. Are we treating our body with respect with what we consume as energy? Do we tend to hang on to our beliefs, ideas and perspectives to the point of stubbornness? And are we having honest conversations with the people around us? Is our environment healthy?

All great questions to self discover how honest we are with ourselves. Are we catching our ego that is answering for us? Or are we letting it excite us to the point of narcissism and selfishness?
