In today’s episode I’m talking with Keith Scruggs (@sports_scruggs on twitter). In this episode we discuss everything from intermittent sleep habits to embracing the ever changing dynamic flow of life. Keith is an Assistant Sports Performance Coach at the University of South Carolina but even if you’re not into sports I think this episode is applicable to life in general. We discuss managing and leading other people, managing yourself, developing relationships,  fostering a sense of community & belonging, and connecting with others on a deeper level.
