Today, I get to have fellow insurance agent Lacy Kramer here. If you didn't know - I was a personal lines insurance agent before I started this podcast so I've known Lacy from the insurance world for years. But the more important subject we get to talk about is her daughter Koen, her congenital heart defect, and her two open heart surgeries. We get to dive into what that meant for her family in the last year and what it means for them moving forward. She has lots of advice for those parents also facing a scary situation with their babies.
Lacy Kramer is a Texas Insurance Agent with 15 years of experience. She launched her own agency, Superior Choice, in 2019. She is married with two daughters and makes her home in Needville, TX.
