Monica Phillips is the Executive Director of the Friendly House, which provides women seeking recovery from alcohol and other substance use disorders with a safe, structured and supportive home-like environment that fosters recovery, personal growth and civic responsibility. The entity helped her recover and now she is paying it forward. Friendly House was the very first women's recover entity in the country-founded 66 years ago!
