I talked to an eye doctor and she blew my mind.

If you are a reasonable person, you probably want to avoid losing your eyesight, have suffered from headaches, or wonder if all this time in front of the computer is affecting our health.

Now, I have the answers from Dr. Rani Banik, M.D., a neuro-ophthalmologist, professor at Mount Siani in New York City, who also understands functional medicine! I think the cool kids would call her a unicorn.

She gave me a ton of tips on:
Getting through our workday without eye strain
How to avoid migraines
Foods & supplements that can strengthen your eyes
Apps to download to can reduce headaches and keep our vision

I also talked to her about the dangers of florescent lights, how blue lights affect our sleep, and she shared her 20/20 rule for taking breaks on the computer. She even mentioned how it’s best not to overdo it on eye drops and which fish are best for your retina!

PS., did you know there was an oral sunscreen you can take?
