You can have it all, just not all at the same time. A lot of us have heard this quote but who decides what does ‘all’ even mean? Not everybody wants the C-suite job or an eight figure business. Not every woman wants to have a partner and many of them don’t want kids. So even though we all have different versions of ‘all’, it’s difficult to let go of societal expectations, social media noise and our own conditioning. This messes up our mental health everyday. But there are ways to define what you want, what is your ‘all’ in the current phase of your life and how to go about it. You’ll discover everything in this episode with my multi-talented guest. Krusha Sahjwani Malkani is an ICF certified career and life coach for women helping them to find and achieve their version of having it all. She's also the Director of a SaaS company, a LinkedIn Top Voice, a published author of fiction and a mother. Let’s find out-

-what does having it all mean

-why the expectation from women are higher

-can we really have it all

-how to find out what we want
