Little Fixes Podcast is committed to uplifting women in every possible way. I believe that we women can do anything we want and always try to help women like me in getting the most out of their lives. This International Women’s Day special episode is a small step in that direction. The theme for this year’s Women’s Day is 'Women in Leadership: Achieving an Equal Future in a COVID-19 World' and this episode is inspired by it.

I requested eleven wonder women to talk about one step that can help in achieving an equal feature. I have also shared my ideas on the same.
