In this episode of the Lit to Lift Podcast, Matty sits down with Claudia Helmick to discuss what an offseason resistance training program should look like for a youth athlete. Along the way, we clear up some common myths ("lifting stunts your growth," "lifting makes you slow and bulky," and so on...) commonly associated with youth resistance training. Enjoy!
