Bill Wooldridge and Theo Thompson give an overview some of their strategies for helping kids with anxiety. School Counselors have a unique position in supporting kids struggling with anxiety, in that they are trying support hundreds of kids on a daily basis, yet also work with individuals and small groups that have a wide variety of challenges, including anxiety. Bill and Theo discuss the approach they take in helping these kids in a busy school environment.
