Is there anything in your week that you do without fail that actually is detrimental to your health?

'We always get a curry on a Saturday night'

'I always go for pints on a Friday after work'

'I always make sure to watch GoT'

All of these are proof that you can set time aside that is non changeable, were you do something for you.

Lets take the next week and see if you can start something that is never changing and positive.
