For Valentine’s Day, I decided to share an encore of one of my favorite episodes. This episode features a mindful way to say “I love you” by sending loving-kindness wishes. Some of you grownups might be familiar with a mindfulness practice known as a loving-kindness meditation. This is kind of like that, except we get to make wishes!
