Your "Mind" (ego existence) is what is preventing you from getting out of bed.. or starting that business,,, or feeling better in general.  And if you live inside of the mind, you will stay stuck in its narrative of who you have believed you are for so long..

We must observe the mind... but operate as the awareness outside of what it says in order to allow the next move to be shown to us... 

The we must take uncomfortable action as the mind shouts at us all of the reasons we shouldn't or couldn't or why it doesn't matter..  

And then you will see the beginning of the seeds of change that have been waiting for you ...
