Our minds are essentially computers that operate on programs that run behind the scenes of our awareness. Subconscious firing and memories.. recalling experiences and then reacting to them at the same degree of unconsciousness that was used to create the patterns in the first place. Waking up and setting an intention that you will see and experience a good day. You will do your best to respond instead of react.. you will understand that other peoples projections although seemingly pointed at you.. have NOTHING to do with you... and you release them from having a direct impact on your vibration for the day...  Conscious awareness and waking up to the fact that we can have an impact on the space between the trigger.... and the reaction..  The mindfulness response is always available to all of us in every moment..
