Affirmations can be a tricky thing... different I believe from "Positive Thinking"...   I use affirmations as check systems to see how or why I am feeling the way I am feeling in the moment .. What do I have resistance to and why??  What is happening in the moment that has me upset, uneasy, sad or angry...  If I have anxiety about something ..WHY??  is there something happening RIGHT NOW... and it is making me anxious ??
