Definitions help us to make sense of the world around us... they help us to categorize things.. remember things, and keep tabs of how things make us feel, and how we should navigate through life...  But there comes a time where we need to realize which definitions and labels are hurting us... limiting us... or making us feel as though we can't be ourselves.. or our best versions.   In this episode we talk about why it's important to remove the limiting labels..
