Light + Life Live is a weekly show with Danika Brysha, the Headmistress of Happiness- entrepreneur, self-care guru, body positive model, and icon for positive transformation. Danika does each show live on her Instagram on Thursdays and then publishes it here in a podcast version. Each week she interviews people who are experts in their respective fields- entrepreneurs, food bloggers, wellness gurus, self-care specialists, even a race car driver! They talk about their stories, their morning routines, what they struggle with, and Danika also incorporates her social media community by taking questions from them and asking them on the show. Danika's goal is to share stories of others finding their light in hopes that it inspires and motivates you to do the same!
