Craig Fuhr, a current Lifeonaire student, interviews Steve Cavanaugh who is also a Lifeonaire member. Nicknamed “The Golden Boy”, Steve has modeled his entrepreneurial career closely after Lifeonaire founding member, Steve Cook’s career. Mr. Cavanaugh says Steve Cook’s sage advice has always led him in the right direction and has been 100% correct for the situation he was facing. Steve Cavanagh took a leap of faith to get where he is today. First by attending a Steve Cook boot camp, and second by quitting his IT job before his first real estate deal was even complete. He now enjoys family vacations whenever to wherever he chooses and his new working hours are from 11 am to 4 pm. He says, “having a clear vision which did not include money or possessions helped me achieve my dream lifestyle.”
