By the age of 18, he had started his first of many businesses, a home repair and landscaping business. This taste of working for himself was all he needed to kickstart his entrepreneurial career. After attending college at Old Dominion University, where he studied both undergrad and graduate studies in Structural Engineering, he moved to San Diego CA and started working in Real Estate. After a couple years in real estate sales and corporate rentals, Ben transitioned to investment real estate, focusing on hard money lending and house flipping. 5 years later, Ben has helped his clients achieve double digit returns on more than $70m worth of investment capital.
