LOVE: Forgives.

There are so many ways that society defines love. So many things mentioned in songs, stories, poetry, books, magazines, and conversations about love. What it is, what it isn’t, what it looks like, how it feels, who deserves it and who does not, how to show it and how not to, etc. One thing that we must incorporate into our discussions surrounding love is something that can be difficult- the fact that love is forgiving. Love sometimes brings hurt and pain. And with that, we must still extend forgiveness. And we must ask for forgiveness when we’ve wronged others.
