Doing All the Things: Inspired by the Collaboration Between Bruno Mars + Anderson .Paak

Recently, Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak came together and created the new band called Silk Sonic. Their first release off the highly anticipated album is called "Leave the Door Open". It's fiyyyya!! Witnessing the magic they've made on this project has been such an inspiration and has created all the buzz on the 'innanet and social media. The vibe, the energy, the way they work so well together has been amazing to witness. But what say you? How well do you work with others? 

Many professionals find it difficult to trust others enough to collaborate, to enter into partnerships, relationships, friendships, and otherwise. They're often overwhelmed with trying to balance many things on their plates, and do so unnecessarily. They lack the confidence to be able to delegate, and don't trust others enough to be able to get the job done effectively and in excellence. So they hoard the long list of things that need to be done, saying "if I want it done right, I'll have to do it myself..." And that very notion is what we're discussing in this episode. The ability to work well with others. And how mastering emotional intelligence in a way that will help one to be better in this area.
