As an International Speaker and Coach on Leadership and Management Development, and a Mediator and Crisis Coach, Robert Owens has lectured in over 30 nations. Clients have been as diverse as the Navy SEALS, several NFL teams, and the Philippines Joint Chiefs of Staff. Robert completed 12 Ironman Triathlons and is one of only a handful of remaining Ironmen that finished both the original Honolulu Ironman course in 1980 and Ironman World Championships in Kona. Robert has a reputation in the business and corporate worlds as a problem solver. He was first approached for assistance immediately following service as a USAF Pararescueman. He's since been hired to mentor and work with an array of business leaders, management teams, and employee groups to increase their skills and become better leaders.

For Adventurers, in 2017-2018:

1. The “300 of Sparta” 8 day 238 mile run-climb trek from Sparta to Thermopylae Greece.

2. Became the oldest finisher ever in SEALFIT’s Navy SEAL “Kokoro 50 Hour non stop Hell Week Challenge”.

3. Finished12th Ironman.

4. Finished the World Marathon Challenge, which is known as the 777:
