Jim and Jiab Wasserman left behind highly successful careers in the US to embark on semi-retirement adventures in Granada; the period in their lives they call their “Third Life”.
Jiab was a credit risk manager working for a major bank, is now semi-retired and a free- lance writer on personal financial. Jim was a former attorney who then taught Humanities (History, Government, Economics, Media Literacy) for 25 years. He is retired and also writes, with a three volume teachers' manual on media literacy and behavioral economics due out next Spring. Both write for their blog, yourthirdlife, which tracks the practical and philosophical musings as they wander and wonder at the world's marvels.
