Inspirational Quotes

“There’s always layers to life and there’s always a deeper sense of life.”

“If you want to say something to the world and you actually, genuinely do want to be social, but then there’s this part of your brain, this nervous system that literally controls you and restricts your free will, that’s what social anxiety is.”

“Most people are treating their lives as side-hustles and they’re treating their career that they work for at some corporation and their boss as their entire life.”

“You use that darkness to eventually learn and transform it into light.”

Coaching Advice

Feeling weighed down by shyness or social anxiety?  Mark suggested these first steps to start charting a new path forward:

1) If you feel like social anxiety is your problem, you need to drill deeper to understand the “why”.

2) If this seems overly simple or stupid, that could be a trap preventing you from addressing your social anxiety, so be skeptical about your own thinking around the topic.

3) Realize that you don’t have all the answers.
