The key to sustainable fat loss is not about eating less but eating more of the right foods. There is so much talk these days about calories in and calories out, but it goes deeper than that. If we can start maximizing our daily calories with whole/volume foods, we will be able to eat more while still achieving our weight loss/fat loss goals.
