We were recently inspired by the new Netflix documentary, Live to 100: Secrets of the Blue Zones. In this documentary Author Dan Buettner, travels around the world to discover five unique communities where people live extraordinarily long and vibrant lives. There were four common themes that all of these areas prioritized: movement, perspective (outlook), nutrition and connection (community). It made us proud to know that our mission with this podcast and our coaching programs directly align with these themes that lead to a life of longevity. As we always say, we are more in control than we realize. Lets start taking action toward a healthier and happier life.
