Oh my gosh, what did I say?   Lately, I have been feeling aftereffect of being vulnerable and doing it so often. I’m not just telling a story when I share on the Life Out Loud Podcast, I am telling my life — my most inner and fragile moments, experiences, challenges, and of course, growth.   I have been feeling vulnerable and hungover.     So how do we recover from the symptoms of being vulnerable? In this episode, I offer a few suggestions for working through a vulnerability hangover.
