We all have limiting beliefs--things we believe about ourselves, others, and the way the world works, that keep us from fully experiencing what is possible. I grew up believing I didn't like Chinese food. This belief kept me from actually ever trying it to see if I would like it. I inherited this belief from my parents, who taught us that we didn't like that type of food. It's a simple, silly example, but it is applicable to so many other beliefs. I want to you to explore all of your beliefs and figure out how you acquired it and whether or not it serves you. Listen as I explain:
