Life in Lists of 30, Episode 17: 30 Ways to Disconnect

It’s hard to be disconnected from your phone since it’s the only window to a social life during this pandemic. It’s also healthy to take a break and try to be more present. Oddly, watching some Netflix without looking at your phone might be healthier.

Improved speed of recording. Starting to think about the next 30 episodes now that I’m more than halfway done with the original challenge. All posts are scheduled out to March.
